What data we collect
We collect data in the following situations:
Server logs (every visit). IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, timestamp. Stored for [7–30] days for security and diagnostic purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure website).
Contact form. Name, email address, phone (optional), company/practice, subject, message content, and timestamp of consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Stored for as long as necessary to respond and fulfil any resulting business relationship, then archived per Austrian commercial retention rules (typically 7 years for business correspondence under §132 BAO).
B2B account requests. In addition to the above: practice name, registration details, billing information. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance). **Cookies and similar technologies.** See section 6 below.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
