Delivery
We ship to:
- Austria: 2-4 business days
- Germany: 2-4 business days
- Switzerland: 3-5 business days
- Romania: 3-5 business days
Express delivery is available for clinical needs, please contact us in advance.
Carriers used: DPD, DHL
Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier, except for consumers, where risk passes upon delivery, in line with 7b KSchG.
Returns and right of withdrawal (consumers, EU)
If you are a consumer ordering from within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with 11 FAGG.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date you (or a third party you nominate) receive the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement (letter or email) at:

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of return, whichever is earlier.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Per 18 FAGG, the right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:
– Sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene or health reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery
– Goods made to order or clearly personalised
– Goods that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items
Most of our oral care, whitening, and dental products fall under the hygiene exception once the seal is broken.
B2B returns
Returns from registered businesses (B2B) are governed by the individual purchase agreement and applicable provisions of the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB). Statutory consumer return rights do not apply to B2B purchases.
Defective goods
Statutory warranty rights under Austrian law (922 ff. ABGB, Warranty Directive Implementation Act) apply. If goods are defective, contact us at contact@vitacorpussanum.com with your order number and a description of the defect.
