Top Tips for Using LUMI SOOTHE Desensitising Gel
• For best results, use LUMI SOOTHE overnight for one week prior to starting your
whitening treatment.
• When beginning your whitening routine, apply LUMI SOOTHE for at least 10 minutes
both before and after each session.
• If sensitivity persists, extend application time to up to one hour before and or after
whitening.
• To further reduce sensitivity, consider whitening every other night. On non-whitening
nights, apply LUMI SOOTHE into your trays and wear them overnight.
• If you experience sensitivity during the day, you can wear your trays with LUMI SOOTHE
alone for several hours as needed.
